MALMÖ FOTOBIENNAL 2015

From the 11th to the 20th of september, galleries, museums and alternative spaces in Malmö will host over 50 international artists and photographers exhibitions. Art space in Copenhagen, Lund and Helsinborg are represented as well with major exhibtions on their own.

We are engaging ourselves! This year we are opening alternative spaces feathering sixteen international selected artists. Each one of them contributing with deepening projects and body of work related to the contemporary activism theme. The program includes artist talks, workshops, a seminar, a book day and party as well.

Our main goal has been to create a genuine environment where photographers, artists, researchers and the general public can meet, experience and be challenged by the photographic exhibitions but also also get perspective on the new international art scene.
